Ms. Joseph is recognized as a Texas Preferred High-Impact Tutor through ESC-20. In addition, her organization, DCJ Educational Services, is identified as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. DCJ Educational Services provides individualized tutoring with an emphasis on catering to scholars' specific needs.

Ms. Joseph began her educational journey as a teaching assistant and through encouragement from a former administrator, began working towards realizing her life-long dream of becoming a teacher. In 2010, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Special Education from the University of North Texas. She went on to earn her Master of Educational Leadership degree from Lamar University in 2013. 

She continues to be an educational advocate serving scholars in both areas of special and general education.  Ms. Joseph is passionate about teaching and dedicated to delivering differentiated instruction to assist all learners. Her core belief:  "Educational achievement opens doors to future possibilities and lends to the success that we all deserve."
